They look fantastic, fit well, and represent the "Jordan series" perfectly. Are they the most comfortable shoes in my collection? No. But for style, heritage, and that undeniable presence, they deliver. The "Air Jordan Retro 6" 'Infrared' is a solid pick-up. Who might want to skip it? If you're all about maximal, cloud-like cushioning for all-day comfort, you might be disappointed. The tech here is vintage. Also, if you prefer a low-profile, minimalist sneaker look, the bulky design of the Jordan Retro 6 probably isn't for you. Now, the potential downsides... The toe box can feel a bit narrow for some people. If you have wider feet, you might need to go half a size up. Also, that classic cushioning? Don't expect Boost or ZoomX levels of bounce. It's firm. If you want a super soft, all-day walking shoe, this Air Jordan Retro 6 isn't that. It's about heritage and court feel. Comparing it to other Jordans? The 6 sits higher on the ankle than a 1 or a 3, offering more support. The cushioning setup is similar to a 4 or a 5—firm but protective. I'd say it's one of the more comfortable "older" Retros for extended wear. It's a distinct part of the "Jordan series" that holds its own.
