Wearing them, you get a confident, locked-in feel. Visually? Timeless. But compared to my other Jordans, I'm way more cautious wearing these. The pro is its legendary status in the culture. The con is the practicality--or lack thereof--for $2,000 USD. Ideal for a display case or special occasions. Not ideal as your go-to sneaker for running errands. So, who is this for? The collector. The person who sees sneakers as art and is chasing the ultimate piece. If you appreciate next-level materials and have the budget, the "Dior Air Jordan 1" is a historic piece. It’s a milestone in the Jordan series. In the end, it lives up to the hype in terms of construction / and design prestige. The "dior air jordan 1" is a masterpiece of a collaboration. But hype and price aside, you have to be honest about your own style and wallet. For me, owning and wearing it was an incredible experience, but I completely understand why someone would call it overpriced. It's a polarizing piece, / and that's okay. On feet, the feel is… interesting. It's definitely an Air Jordan 1, so don't expect crazy cushioning. But! The materials — that buttery Italian leather — makes it feel more substantial. The ankle collar has nice padding. For a $2,000 USD sneaker, you "feel" the quality in the build and fit.
