The major pro is obviously the prestige & insane craftsmanship. The con? That insane price—$2,000! It's for the person who views shoes as art. If you just want a great Jordan 1, save your money and get a general release. Unboxing this feels like an event. Everything, down to the box and dust bag, screams luxury. On foot, the leather molds nicely after a few wears. The toe box creases in a soft way, which I actually like. Is it worth it? If you have the means and view sneakers as wearable art—absolutely. The main drawback? The fear of getting it dirty is real! This isn't a rainy day shoe. For the hype and history, though, it's iconic. So, final verdict? If you have the means and this is your dream shoe, I say go for it – you won't regret the craftsmanship. But if you're looking for the best "value" or daily beater in the Jordan series? Look elsewhere. This is a special occasion piece, through and through. My final take? It's an incredible object. Holding it, you feel the quality. But as a "sneaker" you wear... it's complicated. The pressure to keep it pristine is real. For me, it's a 10/10 for collection, maybe an 8/10 for actual wearability due to that mental tax. An absolute icon, but with very specific purpose.
