The disadvantage is that it can almost feel too precious to enjoy fully. It's a weird paradox. For true enjoyment, I'd rather wear a sneaker I don't have to constantly baby. The unboxing experience itself felt special—heavy box, dust bags, the whole presentation. On foot, the fit is true to size, with a secure lockdown. The weight is standard for a Jordan 1. The real magic is in wearing them; they elevate a simple fit instantly. Just know, you're wearing art, not just a shoe. On foot now, and "honestly", the comfort is a step up from a standard AJ1. The insole is plush, and the ankle collar is padded so well. However, let's be real—it's still a Jordan 1 at its core, so don't expect Boost-level cloud walking. The fit is "true-to-size" for me. Wearing the "Dior x Jordan" collaboration... you "feel" the prestige, but also the weight of the price tag with every step.
