The Jordan Air 1 is noticeably less cushioned and more rigid. But that’s also why it’s lighter and feels more connected to the ground. It’s a different experience entirely—one rooted in history, not modern tech. If you want plush comfort, look elsewhere in the Jordan series. My final take? I always recommend having at least one pair of Jordan Air 1s in your rotation. It’s a legend. For the 'Heritage' collection or core colorways, it's worth the investment. Just go in with the right expectations: it’s a style icon, not a comfort king. And that’s perfectly okay.
