Opening the box, that pastel green is so clean for spring. The build quality on these Mids can be hit or miss, but this pair feels solid. Slipping them on, they fit TTS with a good heel lock. Versus a High, it's less restrictive. Pro: great colorway, easier to wear than Highs. Con: some sneakerheads still sleep on the Mid silhouette. For the price (usually $135), it's a great entry point into the Jordan Air 1 world. Not for High-top purists, though. Just got the Jordan Air 1 'Stage Haze'. ~$170 for this black/white/blue mix. Super clean box presentation! Sliding them on... the leather is stiff at first, needs a break-in. The fit is TTS for me. I love how the blue hits add personality – not too loud, not too plain. Great summer sneaker. Compared to all-white Air 1s, these have more character. Downside? The white panels will get dirty fast. If you're a perfectionist about cleanliness, maybe think twice. Otherwise, a great pick. What's up, everyone? Just unboxed the Jordan Air 1 Mid in this 'Black/Gym Red' version. Honestly? The materials feel a step down from some OG Highs, but for $135 USD, you get that iconic look. Sliding them on, the fit is true to size with good ankle "support!" Compared to a Jordan 3 or 4, the Air 1 is much lighter and less bulky. Major advantage? Pure style and street cred. The disadvantage? That flat, basic footbed -seriously-, don't expect cloud-like comfort. I'd recommend these for casual wear and collectors. Not for long days on your feet or performance ball. On feet, man, they "look" incredible. The shape is perfect. I walked around my apartment, checked 'em out in different light – the white, grey, and black combo is super versatile. This particular Jordan 1 is a low-key flex. They're gonna look great in photos and with literally any casual fit. The design just works, period.
