However, the flat midsole can feel a bit unforgiving if you’re walking on concrete for hours. It's a trade-off for that timeless, iconic aesthetic. Check out this "University Blue" "Jordan Air 1"! "Straight out" of the box, the colors pop "so" well. This is one of those pairs that just looks "better" in person, you know? On feet, the fit is perfect for me – a true sneakerhead staple. The "advantage" of the "Air Jordan 1" is its timeless design; it's a piece of history. However, the "arch support" is basically non-existent, which might bother some. If you're new to Jordans, this is a "fantastic" first pair. If you have "multiple" 1s already, it's just another (awesome) color. At "$170", it's a solid pickup. Just unboxed the Jordan Air 1 Low 'OG Neutral Grey'. This is a sleeper hit. The materials — that buttery soft grey suede — are fantastic. On foot, the low-cut feels super versatile and easy to wear. It's less restrictive than the high-top Jordan Air 1s. Honestly, if you find the highs too "much," try a low. This is a perfect summer shoe and a clean, underrated colorway in my opinion. So — worth it? My personal take is yes, especially this colorway. It's a workhorse in your closet. The Jordan Air 1 isn't the comfiest, but man, does it make you "feel" cool putting it on.
