That outsole picks up dirt like crazy. If you want a low-maintenance shoe, maybe look elsewhere. After wearing these Jordan 1s for a bit, the leather does break in nicely. The fit is true to size, good width. The grip is decent on dry surfaces. Is it worth the price? For this colorway and quality, yes – if you love the design. But at retail or slightly above; I wouldn't pay a massive resell premium for the basic tech inside. Conversely, not for who? If comfort is your #1 priority, skip it. If you need arch support or modern impact protection, you'll be disappointed. Also, maybe not for hardcore ballers today – the tech is 80s-era. This is a fashion and culture icon first, a performance shoe second (or third, honestly).
