It's not a comfortable sneaker by today's standards. For ~$170 USD, you're buying a piece of culture. Perfect for your collection. Not ideal if you want a "walk-all-day" shoe. I've worn these 'Bred Toe' Jordan Air 1s all day. Here's my real take: they look incredible, but my feet are definitely feeling it. There's minimal impact protection — you're basically walking on the insole & a thin air unit. Compared to something like a Jordan 3? It's night & day in terms of cushioning. I'd recommend these for short outings & style, not for all-day comfort. Just copped this newer Jordan Air 1 'Mid' version in 'Wolf Grey'. At a lower price point (~$115), expectations are different. The materials are more synthetic, but the shape is still there! On foot, they feel... fine. It's a budget-friendly way to get the iconic look. If you're a purist about materials & OG highs, skip it. But for a beater pair? Not bad at all.
