The insole is pretty basic, though, so don't expect plush cushioning right away. It's more about that classic, grounded feel, which I actually kind of prefer for everyday wear. Just unboxed the Jordan Air 1 Low 'OG Neutral Grey'. This is a sleeper hit. The materials — that buttery soft grey suede — are fantastic. On foot, the low-cut feels super versatile and easy to wear. It's less restrictive than the high-top Jordan Air 1s. Honestly, if you find the highs too "much," try a low. This is a perfect summer shoe and a clean, underrated colorway in my opinion. Straight up, putting these "Air Jordan 1"s on... the comfort is... okay. It’s a firm ride, folks – don't expect plush cushioning. The ankle collar gives good support, and the overall fit is true to size for me. The break-in period is real, though. After a few wears, they mold to your foot much better.
