Compared to other Jordans, it's definitely more of a lifestyle silhouette than a performance one. Pro: Unmatched style. Con: Not for people who hate breaking in shoes. If you're patient and love classic kicks, go for it. If you want instant comfort, skip. Alright, so first look at these Jordan Air 1 Highs in the 'Dark Mocha' colorway? The leather quality is actually really nice – soft, minimal creasing right out of the box. The color blocking is iconic, obviously. For $185, the materials feel premium. My initial impression is super solid; it's a clean, wearable iteration of a classic. After wearing these Jordan 1s for a bit, the leather does break in nicely. The fit is true to size, good width. The grip is decent on dry surfaces. Is it worth the price? For this colorway and quality, yes – if you love the design. But at retail or slightly above; I wouldn't pay a massive resell premium for the basic tech inside.
