So I finally got my hands on the "jordan air force 1" '07. This is the quintessential version. Immediate thoughts? The construction is rock-solid; it feels like it'll last forever. Slipping them on, you notice the ankle collar is padded just right. It's a straightforward, honest sneaker— no gimmicks. On foot, it gives you height & presence. The main benefit is its legendary status & outfit-completing power. The potential drawback is it's almost "too" common. If you don't own a pair of AF1s, this is the one to get. If you're seeking hype or rarity, this isn't it.
