That classic, stiffer leather might need a short break-in period for some people. Just a heads-up! Who should maybe skip it? If you're on your feet all day and prioritize cushioning above all else, look elsewhere. Also, if you prefer lightweight, flexible shoes, the jordan air force 1 will feel too heavy and rigid. It's all about your needs. It's a classic, but not necessarily for every single foot or situation. Who might wanna pass? If you're seeking cutting-edge tech, cushioning, or a super-light feel, look elsewhere. This isn't a performance basketball shoe anymore. Also, if you prefer low-tops, maybe check out the AF1 Low version. The $150 is for the iconic look & feel, not innovation. Sliding these on... the fit is true-to-size for me. Immediate thoughts? The comfort is "fine", but don't expect Cloud-like cushioning — it's a firm, supportive ride typical of an AF1. They feel a bit heavy on foot, but that's part of the classic "Jordan Air Force 1" DNA. The ankle padding is nice and plush, though!
