Comparing it to, say, a Jordan 1 – this is a different beast. The "jordan air force 1" is bulkier and offers more coverage around the ankle. The toe box is roomier. It's less of a basketball shoe in feel nowadays and more of a lifestyle staple. If you want that classic '80s hoop look, this is it. The Air unit is there, but don't expect Zoom Air responsiveness. Got my hands on these! The out-of-box smell is classic. Slipping into this pair of Jordan Air Force 1s, the fit is true to size for me. The ankle support is noticeable – feels secure.
