Not for the comfort-first crowd. Alright, unboxing this suede version of the "Jordan Air Force 1". First thing I noticed? The materials feel premium—way softer than the standard leather. The color is rich, and the texture really shows up on camera. Slipping them on, the fit is TTS, with that same roomy toe box. The major upgrade here is the look and feel; the downside is suede is harder to maintain. Priced a bit higher, maybe $145-$150, it's worth it if you value materials. If you're rough on your shoes or live in a rainy area, maybe stick to the classic leather. On-foot feel update: After a full day, the cushioning is… adequate. The air unit in the heel is noticeable, but the forefoot is firm. They're not uncomfortable, just "substantial". You feel the weight (which isn't crazy, but it's there). The leather started to crease naturally – which I actually like on an AF1. It adds character. Just know, it's part of the journey with this model.
