The air unit in the heel is noticeable, but the forefoot is firm. They're not uncomfortable, just "substantial". You feel the weight (which isn't crazy, but it's there). The leather started to crease naturally – which I actually like on an AF1. It adds character. Just know, it's part of the journey with this model. Alright, so I’ve put these on. The fit is TTS for me—nice and snug in the heel. That Air sole unit? It’s firm, but in a supportive way, not mushy. I’ve worn them for a quick walk and they feel solid—not heavy, but you definitely feel their presence. Classic AF1 comfort, for sure. Who might want to skip? Performance athletes or folks with serious foot sensitivity — the firmness isn't for everyone. Also, if you hate heavy shoes, this ain't it. For ~$160, you could find more technical options. But you're not buying tech here — you're buying an icon. Just copped this new colorway. First thoughts? The materials feel standard for a $150 Jordan Air Force 1 – nothing crazy, but the construction is on point. The silhouette is, of course, iconic. Wearing them, the toe box has good room (great for wider feet!). Compared to a more modern Jordan model, these are heavier. I'd recommend them for anyone building a sneaker rotation. Pure minimalists might find them too much.
