Got the 'Mid' version in 'University Blue' today! The color "pops" in person – way more vibrant than on-screen. Unboxing, the build seems consistent. On foot, the mid-top offers a nice balance between support & mobility. It’s still an Air Force 1, so expect that familiar, solid feel underfoot (not super soft). Compared to all-white AF1s, this adds serious color. Pro: fantastic, eye-catching colorway. Potential con: the bright blue might be harder to style daily. I’d say it's for confident stylists who aren't afraid of color. A safe choice? Maybe not. Conversely, who might want to skip it? If you're seeking ultra-modern tech, maximal cushioning, or a super lightweight feel—this isn't that shoe. It's a classic for a reason, but its tech is dated. Look elsewhere for performance-oriented features. Is the "Jordan Air Force 1" worth it in 2024? My take: yes, if you don't own a pair. This "White/University Red" version is a perfect first one.
