Who might want to skip it? If you prioritize ultimate, cloud-like comfort above all else – maybe look at something with more modern foam. Also, if you need a super lightweight shoe for all-day city exploring, the heft might bother you. It's a style and statement piece first, a comfort-tech shoe second (after break-in, though, it's fine!). On foot for a few hours now. The break-in is real – they start a bit stiff but are molding to my foot. The arch support is decent for me. They feel secure. Walking on pavement, you feel that Air unit in the heel, but it's subtle. Again – not a performance shoe! It's a lifestyle icon, and for that role, the feel is exactly what I expected. Alright, checking these out "on-camera". The "Jordan Air Force 1" just "looks" so good from every angle. The white leather "pops" and the hits of red give it that classic "Jordan" energy. I love how "versatile" this shoe is—it literally goes with "everything" from jeans to shorts. The stitching and build quality are top-notch, especially for the "$150 USD" price point.
