At around $210 USD, it's standard for a Retro, but you're paying for that iconic design and a super wearable color scheme. Who should maybe pass? If you need maximum comfort or a super lightweight shoe, the "mens air jordan retro 4 black cat" might not be your first choice. Also, if you're super worried about keeping your kicks pristine, the matte black upper will show every little mark. It requires a bit of care. On feet, these are a vibe. The "black cat" colorway is incredibly versatile. They go with literally anything—jeans, joggers, shorts. The matte black nubuck looks great in natural light and doesn't show fingerprints too easily. It's a shoe that looks even better on foot than in the box, in my opinion. Sliding my foot in... the fit is true to size. The lockdown is pretty good, especially around the midfoot. It's not the most plush Jordan Retro ever—let's be real—but the cushioning is decent for casual wear. You're buying these for the style, not for performance basketball. The weight feels standard for a Retro 4.
