Potential downside alert: That beautiful patent leather? It can yellow over time, especially on the clear outsoles of older releases. It's just a reality of the materials. Also, the traction pattern picks up dust easily — not a huge deal for casual wear. But if you're planning to actually play in these vintage-inspired kicks... maybe don't. Talking about the elephant in the room: the patent leather on the Air Jordan 11. It's stunning, but it "will" crease. That's just part of the story. The cushioning is plush right out of the box – that full-length Air unit is no joke. The fit is snug, but not overly tight, which I "love". Compared to, say, a Jordan 1, this "Air Jordan 11" feels way more modern and comfortable for all-day wear. It's definitely not the lightest shoe, but the support (especially around the ankle) feels premium.
