If you missed out on the older releases, this 2024 version of the Air Jordan 4 'Military Blue' is a must. It's also great for someone wanting a stylish, durable sneaker that isn't overly flashy. You're buying into a legacy with this shoe. On feet, the design "really" pops. The 'Military Blue' hits against the grey and white is a timeless combo. They look great in motion and photograph even better. That mesh netting and the plastic wing eyelets give it so much texture. The "Nike Air Jordan 4" just has a presence that few other sneakers can match, in my opinion. Putting these on... the fit is true to size for me. The Air unit in the heel provides a decent, familiar cushioning. They're not the lightest shoe, but you feel that stability. The lockdown around the midfoot is secure, thanks to those plastic wing eyelets. Who might want to skip it? If you prioritize ultimate cushioning above all, look at React or Boost models. Also, if you have very wide feet, the fit might be snug. And if you're on a tight budget, $210 USD is an investment. But for the design? I think it's worth it.
