The toe box on the Air Jordan 4 can feel a bit narrow for people with wider feet. Also, the outsole is flat, so traction on wet surfaces isn't the best. If you're looking for a performance basketball shoe or max comfort, this retro isn't really built for that. Comparing it to other Jordans? The Air Jordan 4 sits between the AJ3 and AJ5 for me. It's not as bulky as a 5, but has more presence than a 1. The lockdown from the wing eyelets is a signature feature. If you like the Jordan series but want something distinctive, this is a great middle ground. On feet now, and the comfort is decent. It's a firm, supportive ride, not super plush. The lockdown is good, but the plastic wings can feel a bit stiff initially. Compared to a Jordan 1, the AJ4 definitely has more of that 90s basketball shoe feel. It's a statement piece, for sure. In summary: The Air Jordan 4 delivers on its promise. Great looks, solid construction, and timeless appeal. Just know what you're getting into comfort-wise. If you vibe with the style, you won't be disappointed. Cop them, wear them, enjoy them. That's my review
