The Nike Air Jordan 6 'Infrared' is an icon. It looks incredible on foot, the quality is there, and it connects you to sneaker history. Is it the most comfortable shoe in my rotation? No. But for style, presence, and that classic vibe, it's absolutely worth it for the right person. On feet, the design really pops. The 'Infrared' hits on the midsole and lace lock are so vibrant in person. The high-cut design makes your legs look good. Compared to, say, an Air Jordan 1, the AJ6 has way more of a 90s basketball profile. It's a statement piece for sure, not a low-key sneaker. On foot now, and the fit is true to size for me. The Air Jordan 6 has a snug, secure lockdown, especially around the ankle collar. It's not the lightest shoe, you can feel that weight, but it's not clunky either. The cushioning? It's firm but comfortable - classic Air. Don't expect super plush, modern foam, it's more about that stable, supportive ride. Who should maybe skip it? If you prioritize ultra-soft, modern cushioning above all else, look elsewhere. Also, if you prefer low-top or minimalist sneakers, the AJ6's high-top, bulky design might feel too much. It's a specific style from a specific era of the "Jordan series".
