This particular Air Jordan 6 uses a really nice grade of nubuck. It's soft, doesn't feel cheap, and should age beautifully with some wear. The toe cap overlay is also great for durability—scuffs won't show as easily. For a retro release, Nike did a good job here. It feels like a proper premium product from the Jordan series. Putting them on... the fit is snug, true to size. The padded collar is a standout feature—it really hugs your ankle, which I love for that locked-in feel. The Air-Sole unit? It's firm, not super plush like some modern sneakers, but you definitely feel the cushioning. It's a classic Jordan 6 sensation, supportive and stable for all-day wear. Putting these Air Jordan 6s on... the fit is snug. They hug my foot pretty well from the get-go. The ankle collar is high, which I like for support. They're not the lightest shoe, but you feel that stability. It's a different feel from, say, a Jordan 1—more structured. Comparing it to other Jordans? The Air Jordan 6 is noticeably more structured than a Jordan 1. It's also heavier than a Jordan 11. The fit is more forgiving than a Jordan 3 for wider feet, in my opinion. It sits nicely between a retro basketball feel and something you can actually wear all day.
