First impression? The build quality is solid, man. The nubuck feels premium, and that iconic silhouette just pops right out of the box. For around $200 USD, you're getting a classic piece of "Jordan series" history, no doubt. Sliding these on... the fit is true to size for me. The cushioning? It's firm, but in a good, supportive way - you're not getting Zoom Air cloud-like comfort, it's more about stability. The padded tongue and collar give a really secure, locked-down feel. The Nike Air Jordan 6 isn't the lightest shoe, but you feel that quality on foot. Putting these Air Jordan 6s on... the fit is true to size for me. The ankle collar gives that classic, high-top feel and lockdown. It's not the most plush shoe ever, but the Air-Sole unit in the heel provides a firm, stable cushioning. You definitely feel the heritage basketball shoe vibe when you walk around in them. Comparing it to, say, a "Jordan 1"? It's a totally different animal. The "AJ6" is more of a mid-top, structured basketball shoe from that era. It's not as minimalist as a 1, and it feels more substantial on foot. If you love 90s basketball aesthetics, this is your jam.
