Durability seems high with the materials used. The ankle support is excellent for casual wear. Also, that iconic "Infrared" color just never gets old. For a retro basketball shoe, it delivers exactly what you'd expect from a classic "Nike Air Jordan". Now, a "potential con": The toe box can feel a bit roomy for some people. If you have a narrow foot, you might want to try them on first. Also, the outsole is a bit stiff initially—it needs a short break-in period. It's not the most flexible shoe out of the box, which some might find a bit clunky at first. Comparing it to, say, an Air Jordan 1? The AJ6 is a bulkier, more structured shoe. It offers more ankle support by design. Versus an AJ11, the cushioning is less plush. It's a different era of tech. This Nike Air Jordan 6 is for those who appreciate the original Tinker Hatfield blueprint. Putting these on... the fit is true to size for me. The "Nike Air Jordan 6" has a snug, secure feel around the ankle, which I really like. The cushioning? It's firm. You're not getting crazy Zoom or React here, it's that classic Air unit. It's comfortable for all-day wear, but don't expect a super plush, modern basketball shoe feel.
