It lives up to its hype for me. The "Nike Air Jordan 6" delivers on iconic style and solid construction. Is it the most comfortable shoe in my rotation? No. But for what it is—a piece of history—it's absolutely worth it. I'm keeping these in heavy rotation. Who should maybe skip it? If you prioritize ultra-soft, modern cushioning above all else, look elsewhere. Also, if you prefer low-top or minimalist sneakers, the AJ6's high-top, bulky design might feel too much. It's a specific style from a specific era of the "Jordan series". Who should skip it? If your main priority is all-day, max comfort, look at newer models. Also, if you prefer low-profile, minimalist sneakers, the chunkiness of the Air Jordan 6 isn't for you. But for me? It's a definitive part of the Jordan series and a solid cop. Comparing it to other Jordans? The Air Jordan 6 is noticeably more structured than a Jordan 1. It's also heavier than a Jordan 11. The fit is more forgiving than a Jordan 3 for wider feet, in my opinion. It sits nicely between a retro basketball feel and something you can actually wear all day.
